NM United unveils First Financial Training Center
On Wednesday afternoon, New Mexico United and its partners held a ribbon-cutting for the team's First Financial Training Center in Mesa del Sol.
Everyone involved in the project was on hand to show their support for the Black & Yellow.
The training center is a hub for the New Mexico United first team as well as the Academy and U-23 team.
"I appreciate you guys working with us so much and believing in this building, believing in this space," said head coach and technical director, Zach Prince. "It's gonna make positive outcomes for us in the future on and off the field."
"It doesn't have to stop at soccer," said president, CEO and owner of New Mexico United, Peter Trevisani. "Our dreams don't have to stop at soccer. This is just the very, very beginning."
The building took 60 days to construct from start to finish in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.
